SB95-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB95-SSA1-SA1,1,5 1. Page 11, line 17: delete the material beginning with "if the charter" and ending with "(b)" on line 19 and substitute "if the school board determines the conduct giving rise to the pupil's expulsion would have been grounds for expulsion under par. (c) 1., 2., or".
