SJR21-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "coverage," insert "the right of the people to federal health care programs,".

SJR21-SA2,1,6 2. Page 2, line 4: after "plan." insert "The people have the right to, and the state supports this right to, federal health care programs and the federal Social Security and Medicare programs.".
