SB12-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB12-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB12-AA2,1,3 " Section 1g. 16.705 (1x) of the statutes is created to read:

SB12-AA2,1,6 16.705 (1x) If an agency contracts with an attorney for legal services, the agency may not pay to that attorney a rate that exceeds 3 times the rate paid to a private local attorney under s. 977.08 (4m) (c) for time spent in court.".

SB12-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".
