AB106-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: delete "and except" and substitute "or except".

AB106-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AB106-AA1,1,5 "(cm) An owner of a rental dwelling unit to whom the municipal utility provides notice of past-due charges pursuant to s. 66.0809 (5).".
