ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 4, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 110

AB110-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB110-ASA1-AA4,1,4 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with "limiting" and ending with "appropriation" on line 6 and substitute "requiring a report on the cost to implement food limitations under FoodShare".

AB110-ASA1-AA4,1,6 2. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 17.

AB110-ASA1-AA4,1,7 3. Page 4, line 20: delete "will" and substitute "would".

AB110-ASA1-AA4,2,2 4. Page 4, line 21: delete the material beginning with "the" and ending with "benefits" on line 23 and substitute "requirements that a food stamp benefit recipient use at least 67 percent of the recipient's monthly benefits amount on foods authorized under the program under section 253.06 of the statutes, beef, pork, chicken, fish, or fresh produce".

AB110-ASA1-AA4,2,4 5. Page 5, line 1: delete the material beginning with "under" and ending with "this act," on line 3.

AB110-ASA1-AA4,2,7 6. Page 5, line 4: delete the material beginning with "waiver is" and ending with "act" on line 5 and substitute "waiver from the secretary of the federal department of agriculture is needed to implement the requirements".
