AB119-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB119-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB119-AA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 938.3415 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,1,5 938.3415 (title) Delinquency adjudication; restriction on body armor possession of body armor and pepper spray.".

AB119-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

AB119-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

AB119-AA1,1,8 " Section 10g. 941.291 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,1,9 941.291 (title) Possession of body armor or pepper spray.

AB119-AA1,10i Section 10i. 941.291 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB119-AA1,1,13 941.291 (1) (am) "Pepper spray device" means a device or container that contains a combination of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients but does not contain any other gas or substance that will cause bodily discomfort.

AB119-AA1,10k Section 10k. 941.291 (2) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,2,4 941.291 (2) Prohibition. (intro.) Except as provided in subs. (4), (5), (5m), and (6), no person may possess body armor or a pepper spray device if any of the following applies to the person:

AB119-AA1,10m Section 10m. 971.17 (1h) (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,2,7 971.17 (1h) (title) Notice of restrictions on possession of body armor or pepper spray.

AB119-AA1,10q Section 10q. 973.0335 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,2,10 973.0335 (title) Sentencing; restriction on possession of body armor or pepper spray.".

AB119-AA1,2,11 4. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

AB119-AA1,2,15 "(1m) Pepper spray restriction. The treatment of sections 938.3415 (title), 941.291 (title), (1) (am), and (2) (intro.), 971.17 (1h) (title), and 973.0355 (title) of the statutes first applies to convictions, findings, or adjudications occurring on the effective date of this subsection.".
