AB119-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
AB119-AA1,1,3 3" Section 1g. 938.3415 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB119-AA1,10i 10Section 10i. 941.291 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
AB119-AA1,1,1311 941.291 (1) (am) "Pepper spray device" means a device or container that
12contains a combination of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients but does not
13contain any other gas or substance that will cause bodily discomfort.

AB119-AA1,2,15 12"(1m) Pepper spray restriction. The treatment of sections 938.3415 (title),
13941.291 (title), (1) (am), and (2) (intro.), 971.17 (1h) (title), and 973.0355 (title) of the
14statutes first applies to convictions, findings, or adjudications occurring on the
15effective date of this subsection.".
