ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 5, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 179

AB179-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB179-AA5,1,6 1. Page 1, line 2: after "contracts" insert "and requiring the board of directors of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to submit to the legislature a quarterly report identifying the number of jobs that have been created in this state during the past 90 days resulting from the economic development projects of the corporation".

AB179-AA5,1,7 2. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AB179-AA5,1,8 " Section 2h. 238.07 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB179-AA5,1,9 238.07 (title) Submission of annual reports to legislature.

AB179-AA5,2p Section 2p. 238.07 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB179-AA5,2,2 238.07 (4) On a quarterly basis, the board shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2), a report identifying the number of jobs that have been created in this state during the past 90 days resulting from the economic development projects of the corporation.".
