ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 181

AB181-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB181-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "program" insert "and procurement policies and procedures of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation".

AB181-AA3,1,4 2. Page 4, line 5: after that line insert:

AB181-AA3,1,5 " Section 2m. 238.09 of the statutes is created to read:

AB181-AA3,1,7 238.09 Procurement policies and procedures. The board shall adopt procurement policies and procedures that specify all of the following:

AB181-AA3,1,9 (1) When the corporation is required to publicly solicit proposals from multiple vendors of goods or services.

AB181-AA3,1,10 (2) How the corporation is to evaluate proposals from multiple vendors.

AB181-AA3,1,12 (3) How the corporation is to assess any potential conflicts of interest a vendor may have if the vendor sells goods or services to the corporation.".

AB181-AA3,1,13 3. Page 4, line 10: delete "The" and substitute "(a) Subject to par. (b), the".

AB181-AA3,2,1 4. Page 4, line 12: after that line insert:

AB181-AA3,2,4 "(b) The corporation may not establish any economic development program under this section before it has adopted procurement policies and procedures under s. 238.09.".
