AB182-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB182-ASA1-AA4,1,3 1. Page 3, line 15: delete "A person" and substitute "Subject to par. (bc), a person".

AB182-ASA1-AA4,1,4 2. Page 4, line 12: after that line insert:

AB182-ASA1-AA4,1,5 " Section 7m. 97.29 (2) (bc) of the statutes is created to read:

AB182-ASA1-AA4,1,8 97.29 (2) (bc) Term of exemption. The authority to sell food under the exemption in par. (b) 3. ends 365 days after the date on which the person registers under par. (b) 3. b. A person may not register more than once under par. (b) 3. b.".
