AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,2 21. Page 3, line 16: after "documents are" insert "presumed".

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,3 32. Page 3, line 16: delete "and admissible in evidence to".

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,5 43. Page 3, line 17: delete "prove, without limitation," and substitute "unless
5a court deems otherwise. Any party may present the trust claims materials to prove".

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,6 64. Page 3, line 18: delete "No claims of privilege apply to trust claims".

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,7 75. Page 3, line 19: delete that line.

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,8 86. Page 3, line 21: after "claim" insert "attorney-client".

AB19-ASA1-AA2,1,9 97. Page 3, line 25: after that line insert:
