AB206-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

Page 6, line 15: after "(c)" insert "The department may make payments to Choose Life Wisconsin under this subsection only if Choose Life Wisconsin first obtains, and provides to the department, an opinion letter from the Internal Revenue Service that Choose Life Wisconsin is eligible for the exemption from taxation under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.".
