(3) A chief executive officer shall be nominated by the governor, and
5with the advice and consent of the senate appointed, to serve at the pleasure of the
6governor. The board may delegate to the chief executive officer any powers and
7duties the board considers proper. The chief executive officer shall receive such
8compensation as may be determined by the board.
The chief executive officer and
9any executive employee of the corporation shall have financial management
10experience, municipal or regional economic development experience, or private
11sector business experience.".
