AB228-AA1,1,3 " Section 32m. 238.02 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB228-AA1,1,11 238.02 (3) A chief executive officer shall be nominated by the governor, and with the advice and consent of the senate appointed, to serve at the pleasure of the governor. The board may delegate to the chief executive officer any powers and duties the board considers proper. The chief executive officer shall receive such compensation as may be determined by the board. The chief executive officer and any executive employee of the corporation shall have financial management experience, municipal or regional economic development experience, or private sector business experience.".
