AB228-AA4-AA1,1,4 3. Page 11, line 1: substitute "(b)" for "(2)".

AB228-AA4-AA1,1,5 4. Page 11, line 2: substitute "(c)" for "(3)".

AB228-AA4-AA1,1,9 (2) (a) Before the board implements the policies and procedures under sub. (1), the board shall submit the policies and procedures to the joint committee on finance for review.

AB228-AA4-AA1,2,7 (b) If, within 14 working days after the date the joint committee on finance receives the policies and procedures under par. (a), the cochairpersons of the committee do not notify board that the committee has scheduled a meeting to review the policies and procedures, the corporation may implement the policies and procedures. If, within 14 working days after the date the committee receives the policies and procedures, the cochairpersons of the committee notify the chief executive officer that the committee has scheduled a meeting to review the policies and procedures, the corporation may implement the policies and procedures only upon approval by the committee.".".
