SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 27

AB27-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB27-SA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "basis" insert "and immediate posting of information regarding computer consulting contracts entered into by the state".

AB27-SA4,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: before that line insert:

AB27-SA4,1,5 " Section 1p. 16.413 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB27-SA4,2,2 16.413 (3) (b) State agencies shall provide the department with all of the information required under par. (a), and, if the contract is entered into for computer consulting services, a state agency shall provide the department with all of the information required under par. (a) immediately after entering into the contract. The department may specify the format in which state agencies provide the information. The department shall make the information available on the searchable Internet Web site, and, if the contract is entered into for computer consulting services, the department shall make the information available immediately upon receipt.".
