AB369-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB369-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 17: after that line insert:

AB369-AA1,1,3 "(dr) "Identification number" has the meaning given in s. 340.01 (23r).".

AB369-AA1,1,5 2. Page 10, line 17: after "vehicle" insert "and the identification number of the off-highway vehicle".

AB369-AA1,1,6 3. Page 43, line 8: after that line insert:

AB369-AA1,1,7 " Section 31m. 342.30 (1r) of the statutes is created to read:

AB369-AA1,1,8 342.30 (1r) (a) In this subsection:

AB369-AA1,1,9 1. "Off-highway vehicle" has the meaning given in s. 23.37 (1) (jm).

AB369-AA1,1,11 2. Notwithstanding sub. (1c) and s. 340.01 (42), "owner" has the meaning given in s. 23.37 (1) (o).

AB369-AA1,2,2 (b) Upon request by the owner of an off-highway vehicle that has not been assigned an identification number by the manufacturer or on which the original identification number is no longer visible, the department shall assign a new identification number for the off-highway vehicle.".
