AB384-AA1,1,4 4" Section 2d. 196.137 (2) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
AB384-AA1,1,75 196.137 (2) (am) In connection with the preparation of real estate closing
6documents, a title agent, insurer, lender, mortgage broker, or attorney providing
