AB386-AA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete "residential, commercial, or industrial" and substitute "land".

AB386-AA3,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "requirements." and substitute "requirements, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".

AB386-AA3,1,7 3. Page 3, line 2: delete "the project." and substitute "the project, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".
