SENATE AMENDMENT 37, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 40

AB40-SA37,1,7 3. Page 251, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2013-14 by $199,800 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2014-15 by $199,800 for the purpose of health care aid for veterans.

AB40-SA37,1,10 4. Page 251, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2013-14 by $72,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2014-15 by $72,000 for the purpose of subsistence aid for veterans.

AB40-SA37,2,1 5. Page 364, line 8: delete that line and substitute:

AB40-SA37,2,2 " Section 408c. 20.485 (2) (ac) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB40-SA37,2,6 20.485 (2) (ac) Veterans assistance programs. From Biennially, from the general fund, the amounts in the schedule for general program operations of the veterans assistance program under s. 45.43. No moneys may be encumbered or expended from this appropriation after June 30, 2009.".
