AB40-SA53,1,3 1. Page 875, line 12: after that line insert:

AB40-SA53,1,4 " Section 1534m. 84.013 (10) of the statutes is created to read:

AB40-SA53,1,8 84.013 (10) The department may not require the city of Wautoma to contribute to any design engineering costs associated with design work for a proposed highway construction project involving STH 22 running through the city of Wautoma and for which design engineering was initiated in 2010-11.".
