AB417-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB417-AA5,1,2 1. Page 3, line 17: after that line insert:

AB417-AA5,1,3 " Section 1g. 119.23 (7) (ai) of the statutes is created to read:

AB417-AA5,1,8 119.23 (7) (ai) No later than 30 days after the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], and annually thereafter, the governing body of each private school participating in the program under this section shall prepare an inventory in the manner provided under s. 119.61 (2) of all buildings owned, leased, or operated by the governing body.

AB417-AA5,1r Section 1r. 119.23 (10) (a) 2. of the statutes, as affected by 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, is amended to read:

AB417-AA5,2,3 119.23 (10) (a) 2. Failed to provide the notice or pay the fee required under sub. (2) (a) 3., or provide the information required under sub. (7) (ai), (am), or (d), by the date or within the period specified.".
