AB441-AA4,6e Section 6e. 301.46 (2m) (at) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB441-AA4,1,9 301.46 (2m) (at) 2. Paragraph (ap) does not apply if the agency with jurisdiction determines that the person is not required to comply with the reporting requirements under s. 301.45 due to the commission of a sex offense against a child or due to the commission of a sex offense with the use or threat of force or violence.".
