AB462-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB462-AA2,1,3 21. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 to 10 and substitute "explicit conduct is guilty
3of a Class A misdemeanor if all of the following apply:".
AB462-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:
AB462-AA2,1,5 5"1. The actor intended to cause the person represented emotional distress.
AB462-AA2,1,86 2. The person represented did suffer emotional distress as a result of the
7reproduction, distribution, exhibition, publication, transmission, or other
8dissemination of the representation.
AB462-AA2,1,119 3. The person represented consented to, or reasonably intended for, no one
10except the actor and the person himself or herself to capture, view, or possess the
11representation.
AB462-AA2,2,3
1(am) The consent of the person represented to the capture of the representation
2or to the possession of the representation by the actor is not a defense to a violation
3of this subsection.".
