AB484-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB484-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 9: delete "and".

AB484-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 9: after "credit" insert ", and the definition of project costs for tax incremental districts".

AB484-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB484-AA1,1,6 " Section 1g. 66.1105 (2) (f) 2. b. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB484-AA1,1,9 66.1105 (2) (f) 2. b. The cost of constructing or expanding any facility, except a parking structure that supports redevelopment activities, if the city generally finances similar facilities only with utility user fees.".

AB484-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
