ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 8, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 493

AB493-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB493-AA8,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with "exemption" and ending with "from" on line 3.

AB493-AA8,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB493-AA8,1,5 " Section 1f. 5.02 (6m) (f) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB493-AA8,1,8 5.02 (6m) (f) An unexpired identification card issued by a university or college in this state that is accredited, as defined in s. 39.30 (1) (d), or by a technical college created under ch. 38.".

AB493-AA8,1,9 3. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1g".

AB493-AA8,1,10 4. Page 5, line 12: after "(6m)" insert "(f) and".
