AB506-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB506-AA2,1,2 1. Page 21, line 21: delete "perennial".

AB506-AA2,1,8 2. Page 21, line 23: delete lines 23 to 25 and substitute "as to leave a distinctive mark by erosion, destruction of terrestrial vegetation, or other easily recognized characteristics. If the approximate location of the ordinary high water mark is difficult to determine, a professional land surveyor may consider other points on the bank or shore for purposes of approximating the location of the ordinary high water mark.".
