AB550-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB550-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: delete that line and substitute "In this section:".

AB550-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 4: before that line insert:

AB550-AA1,1,4 "(a) "Certificate holder" has the meaning given in s. 254.71 (1g) (b).

AB550-AA1,1,5 (b) "Food" has the meaning given in s. 254.71 (1g) (c).

AB550-AA1,1,6 (c) "Restaurant" has the meaning given in s. 254.61 (5).".

AB550-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 4: delete "No" and substitute "(a) Except as provided in par. (b), no".

AB550-AA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB550-AA1,1,11 "(b) A 1st class city may enact an ordinance that otherwise complies with par. (a) but that also does any of the following:

AB550-AA1,2,2 1. Uses a definition of "food handler" that includes an individual who is engaged in the service of food at a restaurant and who is not a certificate holder, in addition to the individuals described in the definition of "food handler" under s. 254.71 (1g) (d).

AB550-AA1,2,5 2. Applies with respect to the service of food at a restaurant in the same way and to the same extent as it applies with respect to the preparation and processing of food at a restaurant under s. 254.71 (1r).".
