AB618-ASA1-AA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 17: after "provisions." insert "Any such contract shall provide that the private vendor may disclose the data only as provided in the contract and may use the data only for the purposes for which the data was provided.".

AB618-ASA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 5, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10.
