AB620-AA1,1,8 946.77 Disclosure of confidential material on presentence investigation report. A district attorney, a defendant's attorney, or an assistant attorney general who fails to keep confidential any material on a presentence investigation report that is required to be kept confidential under s. 972.15 (4m) is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.".
