AB677-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB677-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: before "rule-making" insert "grace period for vacancy in child care provider's staff;".

AB677-AA1,1,4 2. Page 7, line 8: after that line insert:

AB677-AA1,1,5 " Section 10m. 49.155 (6) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB677-AA1,1,9 49.155 (6) (f) If a child care provider has a vacancy in the provider's staff, the provider shall have a 45-day grace period after receiving notice of the vacancy to fill the vacancy before the provider's quality rating under par. (e) is affected by the vacancy.".
