AB706-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB706-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "is" insert "renumbered 343.15 (2) (b) (intro.) and".

AB706-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: after "(b)" insert "(intro.)".

AB706-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 6: delete " accident." and substitute "accident, except there is no limit of liability if, at the time of the operator's negligence or willful misconduct, the operator was doing any of the following:".

AB706-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB706-AA1,1,8 " Section 1m. 343.15 (2) (b) 1. and 2. of the statutes are created to read:

AB706-AA1,1,9 343.15 (2) (b) 1. Violating s. 346.63 (1) or (2m).

AB706-AA1,1,11 2. Using a cellular or other wireless telephone or composing or sending an electronic text message or an electronic mail message.".
