ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 710

AB710-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB710-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 16: delete "(a)." and substitute "(b) 1. The department may not charge a fee to any person who receives information under sub. (1) (b) 2.".

AB710-AA2,1,6 2. Page 3, line 1: delete "solicit input from" and substitute "work directly with persons on the list maintained under par. (c) and with government agencies, broadcasters, and public and".

AB710-AA2,1,12 3. Page 3, line 2: delete the material beginning with "individuals who" and ending with "175.51" on line 3 and substitute "adults at risk to develop criteria for law enforcement officers to use to identify reports of missing adults at risk that are appropriate to disseminate under s. 175.51, to determine the most effective methods and guidelines for the persons on the list maintained under par. (c) to use to broadcast or make public reports of missing adults at risk,".
