AB734-SA1,1,4 " Section 1b. 45.51 (2) (b) 5. of the statutes, as affected by 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, is amended to read:

AB734-SA1,1,7 45.51 (2) (b) 5. Has care needs that the veterans home is able to provide within the resources allocated for the care of members of the veterans home , including chronic alcoholism, drug addiction, psychosis, or active tuberculosis.".
