AB782-AA2,1,4 42. Page 5, line 15: after that line insert:

AB782-AA2,1,5 5" Section 2m. 101.02 (7t) of the statutes is created to read:

AB782-AA2,1,76 101.02 (7t) Subsection (7r) does not apply to the enactment or enforcement of
7ordinances by a city of the 1st class.".
