ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 799

AB799-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB799-AA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "pedestrians crossing".

AB799-AA3,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "tracks" and substitute "crossings".

AB799-AA3,1,4 3. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB799-AA3,1,5 " Section 1g. 192.292 of the statutes is amended to read:

AB799-AA3,1,13 192.292 Trains obstructing highways. It shall be unlawful to stop any railroad train, locomotive, or car upon or across any highway or, street, or private road crossing, outside of cities, or leave the same standing upon such a highway or street crossing longer than 10 minutes or upon a private road crossing longer than 20 minutes, except in cases of accident; and any railroad company that shall violate this section shall be liable to a fine of not more than $500 or any officer of such company responsible for the violation shall be liable to imprisonment of not more than 15 days.".
