AB835-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB835-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 7: after "time." insert "The governing body may not require the subdivider to provide security at the commencement of a project in an amount that is more than 120 percent of the estimated total cost to complete the required public improvements.".

AB835-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 20: delete " 12" and substitute "14".
