ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 4

AR4-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR4-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 11, and substitute:

AR4-AA2,1,12 "Assembly Rule 26 (8) For the purpose of keeping the doors of the assembly open, as provided in section 10 of article IV of the constitution, individuals may be admitted to the visitor galleries for the sole purpose of observing the proceedings of the assembly. Individuals admitted to the visitor galleries shall not disrupt any proceedings on or about the assembly floor. Disruptive behavior shall include, but is not limited to, verbal outbursts and inappropriate visual displays of behavior. Individuals may display signs of any size if the signs do not block the view of any other person in the visitor galleries. In addition, students may read textbooks and other academic material while in the visitor galleries.".
