TO ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 4
January 10, 2013 - Offered by Representatives Bernard Schaber, Sinicki, Bewley,
Billings, Clark, Doyle, Kessler, Ohnstad, Pope, Sargent, Wright and
Young.
AR4-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:
AR4-AA2,1,3 21. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 4, line 11, and substitute:
AR4-AA2,1,12 4"Assembly Rule 26 (8) For the purpose of keeping the doors of the assembly
5open, as provided in section 10 of article IV of the constitution, individuals may be
6admitted to the visitor galleries for the sole purpose of observing the proceedings of
7the assembly. Individuals admitted to the visitor galleries shall not disrupt any
8proceedings on or about the assembly floor. Disruptive behavior shall include, but
9is not limited to, verbal outbursts and inappropriate visual displays of behavior.
10Individuals may display signs of any size if the signs do not block the view of any
11other person in the visitor galleries. In addition, students may read textbooks and
12other academic material while in the visitor galleries.".
