SB1-AA7,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB1-AA7,1,3 1. Page 101, line 8: delete "both" and substitute "all".

SB1-AA7,1,4 2. Page 101, line 16: after that line insert:

SB1-AA7,1,7 "3. The exemption will not result in any filling of or discharge into an outstanding or exceptional resource water identified under s. 281.15 from any source, including runoff.".

SB1-AA7,1,8 3. Page 113, line 17: after that line insert:

SB1-AA7,1,10 "4. Any filling of or discharge into an outstanding or exceptional resource water identified under s. 281.15 from any source, including runoff.".
