SB179-SA3,1,2 21. Page 1, line 11: delete "and vehicle".

SB179-SA3,1,4 43. Page 1, line 12: delete "proceedings," and substitute "proceedings and".

SB179-SA3,1,6 54. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with ", providing" and ending
6with "authority" on line 2.

SB179-SA3,1,8 75. Page 6, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
8page 8, line 21.

SB179-SA3,1,10 96. Page 19, line 9: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
10page 20, line 5.

SB179-SA3,1,12 117. Page 20, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending
12with page 21, line 5, and substitute:
