SB179-SA5,1,4 1. Page 6, line 1: delete "occurs during the tenant's" and substitute "results in a violation of a building code or public health and safety ordinance for which the landlord may be cited".

SB179-SA5,1,5 2. Page 6, line 2: delete "occupancy of the premises".
