SB179-SSA1-SA3,1,4 43. Page 2, line 1: delete "proceedings," and substitute "proceedings and".

SB179-SSA1-SA3,1,6 54. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "community," and ending
6with "authority" on line 5 and substitute "community".

SB179-SSA1-SA3,1,8 75. Page 3, line 10: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
