SB191-SA1,1,5 5" Section 2g. 173.12 (4) of the statutes is created to read:
SB191-SA1,1,86 173.12 (4) (a) The department may promulgate rules regarding temperament
7testing of dogs that have been seized because it is alleged that they have been used
8in or constitute evidence of any crime specified in s. 951.08.
SB191-SA1,1,119 (b) The department may promulgate rules regulating the rehabilitation of dogs
10that have been seized because it is alleged that they have been used in or constitute
11evidence of any crime specified in s. 951.08.
SB191-SA1,2r 12Section 2r. 173.12 (5) of the statutes is created to read:
SB191-SA1,2,3
1173.12 (5) A person who in good faith rehabilitates a dog that has been seized
2because it is alleged that the dog has been used in or constitutes evidence of any crime
3specified in s. 951.08 is immune from civil liability for damages caused by the dog.".
