SB205-SA1,1,2 1. Page 12, line 25: after that line insert:

SB205-SA1,1,3 " Section 30g. 238.02 (1b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB205-SA1,1,7 238.02 (1b) One of the members of the board who is nominated by the governor, or one of the members of the board who is employed in the private sector and appointed by the speaker of the assembly or the senate majority leader, shall be a certified public accountant licensed or certified under ch. 442.".

SB205-SA1,1,8 2. Page 16, line 24: after that line insert:

SB205-SA1,1,9 " Section 41m. Effective date.

SB205-SA1,1,11 (1) Certified public accountant board member. The creation of section 238.02 (1b) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2017.".
