SB205-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB205-SA6,1,4 1. Page 12, line 14: delete the material beginning with "governor," and ending with "board," on line 15 and substitute "governor, who shall serve as chairperson of the board,".

SB205-SA6,1,5 2. Page 12, line 25: after that line insert:

SB205-SA6,1,6 " Section 30m. 238.02 (1b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB205-SA6,1,8 238.02 (1b) From its members, the board shall elect a chairperson. The chairperson may not serve as the lead director.".
