SB206-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB206-AA2,1,2 1. Page 9, line 17: after "qualified" insert ", as described in par. (f),".

SB206-AA2,1,3 2. Page 11, line 5: after that line insert:

SB206-AA2,1,6 "(f) An individual shall meet all of the following requirements and be certified to perform an ultrasound to be considered qualified to perform an ultrasound under par. (a):

SB206-AA2,1,8 1. The individual satisfies core and continued competency requirements to perform ultrasounds.

SB206-AA2,1,11 2. The individual successfully completes an accredited course that offers training in obstetric ultrasound and maintains continued medical education related to ultrasound techniques.

SB206-AA2,2,2 3. The individual meets educational and experiential requirements to be an ultrasound technician.".
