SB307-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB307-SA2,1,2 1. Page 18, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute:

SB307-SA2,1,4 " Section 36m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the 2nd day after publication of the 2015-17 biennial budget act, except as follows:

SB307-SA2,1,7 (1) The treatment of sections 38.04 (4) (e) 7., 115.28 (11) (g), and 343.71 (5) (g) of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 4th month beginning after publication.".
