2a schedule establishing graduated amounts of stipends to be paid to claimants under
3this paragraph and send a copy of the schedule to the legislative reference bureau
4for publication in the Wisconsin administrative register. The schedule shall provide
5for the payment of larger stipends, of up to $100 per week, to claimants who receive
6placements earlier in a benefit year, and smaller stipends, of no less than $50 per
7week, to claimants who receive placements later in a benefit year.".
