SB338-AA3-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

SB338-AA3-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "Creation of" and substitute "Alternate method to create".

SB338-AA3-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 13: delete that line and substitute "under this section and subject to the limitations and conditions in par. (b), or the city may create a district in such annexed territory as otherwise provided in this section without being subject to the limitations and conditions in par. (b).".
