SB34-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB34-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "and property".

SB34-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10.

SB34-SA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3.

SB34-SA1,1,5 4. Page 3, line 4: delete lines 4 to 7 and substitute:

SB34-SA1,1,6 " Section 4m. Effective date.

SB34-SA1,1,8 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.".
