SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 462

SB462-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB462-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: after "premises" insert ", possession or consumption of alcohol beverages on school premises or at school-sponsored activities,".

SB462-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

SB462-SA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 125.09 (2) (b) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB462-SA1,1,7 125.09 (2) (b) (intro.) Except as provided by par. pars. (c) and (cr), no person may possess or consume alcohol beverages:".

SB462-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 11: delete "No" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (cr), no".

SB462-SA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

SB462-SA1,1,11 " Section 3m. 125.09 (2) (cr) of the statutes is created to read:

SB462-SA1,2,2 125.09 (2) (cr) Paragraph (b) does not apply to alcohol beverages used exclusively as part of a religious service. Paragraph (cm) does not apply if the alcohol concentration of an underage person derives exclusively from consumption of alcohol beverages as part of a religious service.".
