SB497-AA5,1,3 " Section 7g. 227.04 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB497-AA5,1,6 227.04 (3) Annually, each agency shall publish a report specifying the instances in which it utilized discretion in penalizing businesses as provided under this section.".
